Janitized® aftermarket vacuum bags and filters offer a wide range of replacement filters for the commercial cleaning industry’s most popular brands.
Our filter products are built to handle the most demanding cleaning applications for those in the professional cleaning industry. Spring brings on various seasonal allergies. Many of our vacuum filters are HEPA, designed to remove allergens, bacteria, and other harmful particles from the air and helping to improve indoor air quality. Using quality filtration in your cleaning equipment can make a world of difference to your employees’ overall health.
Janitized® panel and industrial filters are available in cellulose, for dry cleaning applications, and spunbound, which is perfect for wet or dry applications. Our quality steel frame construction helps prevent premature corrosion or flexing of the filter, reducing equipment downtime and replacement costs.
Our lines of restoration filters are manufactured to maximize the efficiency of your specialized restoration equipment. Filtering up to 99.97% of airborne contaminants at 0.3 microns, they return the air to a level of cleanliness equal to or better than pre-loss conditions caused by water, fire or mold growth.
No matter your application, Janitized® replacement filters and vacuum bags help improve indoor air quality with powerful and efficient filtration.
Vacuuming to Clean the Air
The first step to cleaner air is choosing the right vacuum. A vacuum cleaner equipped with HEPA filtration does an excellent job of trapping minute particles, including dander, dust mites, and other allergens found in regular dust. HEPA filters in vacuum cleaners are important because they prevent dust from being exhausted back into the air. Janitized® offers HEPA filters for a wide range of major vacuum cleaner brands. Janitized® vacuum bags also have an advantage, especially for allergy sufferers, because they contain the dust and dirt efficiently so that users don’t have to come in contact with it.
Proper vacuuming is imperative to clean air. Start by removing dust from the highest levels where dust accumulates and work your way down to floor level. Use the attachments for cleaning ceiling fans other hard to reach areas – both decidedly inconvenient to clean, and both exceptional dust magnets.
Shaking off items to get the dust off and onto the carpet or flooring is not the best option for asthma and allergy sufferers as the dust becomes airborne and inhaled. Vacuuming is the best option because the dust goes directly into the vacuum bag.
Another major area that needs the vacuum cleaner’s attention is upholstered furniture, which can hold loads of dust and dust mites. (Make sure the attachment you’re using is not dirty from use on the floors when you clean your furniture.)
Janitized® vacuum bags and filters meet and/or exceed OEM product specifications providing up to 40% more vacuum cleaner suction, up to 55% more dust loading area and up to 46% more wet/dry tear strength vs genuine OEM filter bags. Avoid potential damage to your expensive equipment by changing the bags regularly and don’t forget to change the motor and exhaust filters too!
